How to Order

Mounting and Binding only:

  • Prints must be exact size required for chosen album size.
  • All prints must be numbered with a 6B pencil and put in numerical oder.
  • Submit a back up disk of your order.
  • West Michigan PhotoWorks will not be responsible for any replacement prints if no back up disk is submitted with order.

Printing, Mounting and Binding:

  • Designed print ready files must be submitted in exact album size required.
  • Files should be saved as RGB color mode, SRGB color profile, JPEG or TIFF.
  • Files should be at 300dpi.
  • Files must be in numerical order and clearly numbered.
  • West Michigan PhotoWorks is not responsible for color correcting. All files must be print ready.

All prints will be trimmed a minimum of 1/16" to 3/8" on the top, bottom, and outer edges.

Ordering:

  • Every order must be submitted with an order form.
  • No Changes are allowed once the order is in production.

Payment:

  • We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover card.
  • All money orders or certified checks must be cleared before shipment of product.
  • No COD's.

Care and Storage:

  • All albums must be laid down in a flat position. (Never have album standing up).
  • Keep albums in a temperature controlled environment.

Shipping:

  • UPS will be used for shipping.
  • Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
  • West Michigan PhotoWorks is not responsible for the delay of any freight carrier or for freight carrier damages.
  • Damages must be reported immediately to the freight carrier.
  • Insurance of up to $100.00 is standard on all orders.

West Michigan PhotoWorks has the right to make any changes without notice.
