Mike Anderson is one of a dying photographic breed that still prints using a dye destruction method, commonly referred to as Cibachrome or Ilfochrome. Mike's images can only be truly appreciated in person. The viewing of a large format transparency printed to Cibachrome and presented flawlessly is a photographic sight to behold. To make his work even more impressive, Mike hand prints his work in only 2 sizes, 24”x30” and 30”x40”. West Michigan PhotoWorks is pleased to be the first gallery to represent Mike Anderson, although we certainly will not be the last. Mike's images are hand printed, archival processed, mounted and matted. Each print is part of a small, limited signed and numbered edition.
