Custom Digital Album Design Information

As a general rule – album pages average 4 images each; So 80 images yields a 20 pagebook, 100 images a 24 page book and 120 images a 30 page book etc. Please note thatsome albums such as the Superior album are only available in 20 and 30 page sizes, so submit an appropriate number of images if one of these is the final destination for your prints. Flush mount albums can have any even number of pages and coffee table books can be either fixed or flexible numbers of pages depending on the publisher.

Please submit all files uncropped. Our design team will choose the best presentation for all of the images. An uninteresting portion of an image to you might just be a perfect background for something else. Let us decide.

Submit all text insertions as Word files either on disc or via email to us. We aren’t responsible for your misspellings and don’t want to cause any ourselves.

Files can be submitted to us via CD or DVD along with a completed order form. Files can also be submitted to us using our ROES ordering system by selecting the Album catalog and selecting the desired finished size Custom Design product. Then upload images to us as 4x6’s. Text files need to be submitted as Word documents via disc or emailed to us at customdesigns@wmphotoworks.com, being sure to include your contact information and referencing the order information so we can properly match albums with text.

Payment will be expected via credit card or check for the basic design fee upon commencement of the service. If paying by check, the final documents will not be released until payment is received for any changes made.
